History

Anglorand Securities Ltd is a consolidation of financial services companies dating back to 1968. The group's stakeholders are the executive management. The company is governed by the Financial Services Board of South Africa and the JSE Securities Exchange SA ("JSE") under the Securities Services Act and the JSE rules and directives. The Surveillance Department of the JSE maintains vigilant inspection of its members; they require adequate capitalization and monitor capital adequacy positions.

A corporate member of the JSE Securities Exchange SA, Anglorand Securities Ltd is rooted in the consolidation and acquisition of established and well respected broking and asset management firms. Firms already consolidated or client bases acquired by Anglorand Securities include:
